The Oregon MBDA Business Center (MBDA) is managed and operated by Business Impact NW, a non-profit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) dedicated to serving underbanked entrepreneurs.

The Oregon MBDA identifies and supports established Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) to achieve targeted objectives including boosting revenue and securing government, state, and local contracts. We provide short and long-term technical assistance and consulting; while focused on the construction, food, and tourism industries, the MBDA welcomes all established Oregon MBEs and offers development strategies, training, and education specializing in financial management, operations, contracting, and marketing.
