Minority Business Enterprise of the Year is presented to Clear Cloud Solutions, LLC.

Daren Masten, an enrolled member of the Hoopa Valley Tribe in Northern California, serves as the President and Founder of Clear Cloud Solutions Inc. The company, based in Southern California, is a Security Systems Integration and Electrical Contracting firm that specializes in cutting-edge security systems. These systems actively protect critical assets from terrorist threats, theft, fraud, and cyber threats in the utility, commercial, tribal, and federal government markets. With over 30 years of experience in both the private and public sectors, Daren has been instrumental in developing business operations, security, solutions, and business resiliency across multiple industries. Before founding Clear Cloud Solutions, Daren served as the Director of Operations for the Pacific Central Region of The Home Depot. In this role, he managed $3.5 Billion in annual revenue and oversaw multiple locations in various states throughout the western US, Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam.

Daren actively promotes Native American Indian mentoring efforts. He contributes to and speaks at events for the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development (NCAIED), Native Edge Institute, Navajo Nation Economic Summit, Saskatchewan Indian Equity Foundation, and many other organizations. Having traveled extensively throughout the US and Canada, he provides leadership essentials and business mentoring.

Daren’s true passion and commitment is giving back to those communities in need, particularly tribal communities. Daren remains engaged in developing Native American entrepreneurs, collaborating with tribal member-owned and tribal-owned businesses, as well as the leadership teams driving these critical enterprises.
