  • As a contractor to an MBDA Business Center – (Mobile, AL), we took a more entrepreneurial approach to minority business success. Our model resulted in helping diversity officers achieve success with awarding diverse companies $2 billion+ in contracts, financing, and over 1500 jobs. After identifying best practices at the $1B mark over approx. 7 years, we upgraded our strategic planning & performance model allowing us to double results from $1B to $2B in half the time (approx. 3 years)
  • Achieved Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) success for business owners, diversity advocates & community leaders to win prestigious awards & recognition
  • Used Consulting as a Service (Caas) to help a major utility company’s contractors achieve 100% minority participation versus a 35% stretch goal (a multiple of its historic goal)
  • Assisted local, regional, and national for-profit and nonprofit businesses to win first government contracts and grants totaling $4.5 million. Awardees support hundreds of businesses with government contracting, advocacy, job creation/retention, and capacity building through the MBDA Federal Procurement Center, Vivian’s Door, and more.
  • Provides organizational support to Billion Dollar Roundtable and received gratitude from diverse suppliers regarding resources for advancement of business growth objectives
  • Provided a 90-day Sales Software as a Service (Saas) system to help a Sales Performance company triple its client’s revenues from $30m to $95m within 90 days
  • Delivered Professional & Organizational Development workshops & support including:
    • Leadership for Change Management - World Conference of Mayors
    • Women with the Golden Touch - State Farm
